Claire Duncan

Claire Duncan is an Australian Actor, Writer and Producer based in Melbourne. She has trained at various acting studios; including full time at the Film & Television Studio International (2019), the Advanced Actor's Residency at NIDA, Sydney (2020) and most recently with AAFTA; Nick Cassavetes and Rob Brownstein in Los Angeles. She was a part of the 2018 Graduate Players program with The Australian Shakespeare Company and toured ‘The Comedy of Errors’ with them to the Czech Republic. Since then, she has worked with the ASC for their 2018/19 and 2020/21 season of ‘Macbeth’, ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ (2020/21 and 2023/24), ‘The Comedy of Errors’ (2021-22) and ‘Romeo & Juliet’ (2023). Theatre highlights include starring as Abigail in The Crucible at The Athenaeum Theatre (2023) and ‘Anna’ in ‘Measure of a Moment’ at La Mama (2022). Claire has been involved in several independent films including the upcoming shorts, ‘Blind Freedom’ (dir. Craig Wyhoon) and ‘Queens of the Desert’ (Diversity Pictures). With a Bachelor and Honours Degree in History, Claire is developing a Historical TV Series as well as a Feature based in LA. She is also a trained Aerialist and regularly performs on Lyra (Aerial Hoop).
