Shakespeare Workshops for Kids in Sydney!
an action packed week with Shakespeare’s best larger than life comic characters
About the program
Give your children the freedom to explore as they play the fool and uncover their inner clown in an action packed week with Shakespeare’s best larger than life comic characters.
The Australian Shakespeare Company Actors, Directors and Educators offer a drama workshop environment giving young people the opportunity to build their own unique stepping stones to self-confidence.
Working with scenes for both the stage and screen, drama games, clowning, commedia dell arte, voice work, improvisation and stage fighting, the week builds towards a live showcase for family and friends.
Choose between the whole week or just a day or two! Unplug your children, disconnect the devices and connect them to live, interactive, creative development.

The plays are so different. Some are a bit the same, but each one is so unique. I love that the language is so different to now days. It’s so good to know why it’s important.
