How requests work

Requests are processed manually by our box office team during office hours, in order of submission. During high demand (e.g. inclement weather), this may take 24–48 hours.

Cut-offs: Family Theatre 1 hour prior • Under the Stars 3 hours prior.
Fees: No exchange fee. If upgrading to peak pricing, you may be asked to pay the difference.

New Tickets – Exchange Request

Leave as "Same show as current" to move within the same production, or select another production if permitted.

Off-peak (Tues–Thurs) and peak (Fri–Sat) performances are priced differently. If upgrading to peak, you may be required to pay the difference.

Lifetime Account Credit

We'll convert your original booking into lifetime account credit. This credit can be used for future bookings (subject to availability and pricing).

If you'd like, tell us why you're requesting credit (optional) — it helps our team.

Terms & Submit

If you are making a cancellation on the day of a performance, your request will be honoured from the timestamp of the submission in accordance with the exchange deadlines above.

Once your form is submitted, there is no need to submit another or send an additional email. Our box office staff will handle these requests in order of submission and will respond with a message of completion once the request has been processed.

In the event of a performance cancellation of the new booking, requested refunds will be converted back to a credit note only.
