How requests work
Requests are processed manually by our box office team during office hours, in order of submission. During high demand (e.g. inclement weather), this may take 24–48 hours.
Cut-offs: Family Theatre 1 hour prior • Under the Stars 3 hours prior.
Fees: No exchange fee. If upgrading to peak pricing, you may be asked to pay the difference.
